Kathy Hewitt, Partner, 214-684-1233

Kathy grew up in Panama City, Panama, where she was a local golf star. Kathy graduated cum laude (business) from UT-Dallas, and has loved making Dallas her home ever since. She has been active in the Dallas community through a variety of civic and charity events, including serving on the boards of the MetroTex Association of Realtors, D/FW Black Tie Dinner, and HRC Federal Club, and co-chairing Dallas' AIDS LifeWalk. Then-mayor of Dallas, Laura Miller, declared September 13, 2003 as Kathy Hewitt Day, in recognition of Kathy's work on behalf of the Dallas community. Kathy shares her wonderful home in East Kessler with four furry legged friends: Carmen, Buddy, Allie, and Maggie.

Steve Habgood, Partner, 214-684-1234

Steve grew up in Arizona and moved to Dallas in 1985 to pursue a marketing, public relations and sales career. Prior to forming Hewitt & Habgood, Steve handled marketing, corporate communications, and public relations for Baylor, NUVO, and owned his own marketing communications company for five years. Steve is past president of the Kessler Park neighborhood association, co-chaired AIDS LifeWalk, serves as the co-chair of DFWRealtors.com MLS committee and Board Member of North Texas Real Estate Information Systems (NTREIS), past board chairman of the American Cancer Society/Dallas, and has a GREEN designation from the National Association of REALTORS (NAR). He and his partner of 22 years share a mid-century modern home in the rolling hills of East Kessler Park with their two dogs, Chevas and Franklin.

Brian Bleeker joined the Hewitt & Habgood Realty Group because of its principles of trust and honesty, emphasizing the importance of having integrity to do what is ethical when assisting clients with the most important investment they will make in their lifetime. He has a deep commitment to serving his clients’ needs, whether buying or selling. Brian is a member of various professional organizations such HRC Federal Club Governing Committee, Dash For the Beads Steering Committee, Lambda Legal Liberty Circle Member, and Preservation Dallas.

Charlotte Neel, Administrative Director, 214-752-7070

Charlotte brings more than 30 years administrative experience and oversees all administrative aspects of the Hewitt & Habgood Realty Group including buyer & seller support services, listing services, and marketing support. A Dallas resident since 1982, Charlotte's interests include collecting Scottish Terrier antiques and memorabilia, traveling and photography. We really couldn't do it without her!

Kenton Grupe, Listings & Marketing Coordinator, 214-752-7070

Kenton Grupe recently earned a BFA in Advertising Design from The Art Institute of Dallas and a BA in public relations from Texas Tech University. A new addition to the Hewitt & Habgood Realty Group, Kenton brings 7 years of sales and marketing experience to clients through product development and market positioning. When he is not marketing for us, Kenton enjoys playing music and spending time with his wife Julee and their daughter Olivia.
