| Kathy grew up in Panama, attended Arizona State University on a golf scholarship and graduated cum laude from UT-Dallas. She has been active in the community with a variety of charity events including serving on the boards of the MetroTex Association of Realtors, D/FW Black Tie Dinner, HRC Federal Club, and co-chairing Dallas' AIDS LifeWalk. Kathy shares her wonderful home in East Kessler with her five pets: Carmen, Izzy, Buddy, Allie, and her newest addition from the SPCA -- Beny. |

Steve grew up in Arizona and moved to Dallas in 1985 to pursue a marketing, public relations and sales career. Prior to forming Hewitt & Habgood, Steve handled marketing, corporate communications and public relations for Baylor, NUVO, and owned his own marketing communications company for five years. Also very active in the community, Steve is past president of the Kessler Park neighborhood association, co-chaired AIDS LifeWalk, served on MetroTex's MLS Committee and the D/FW Black Tie Dinner, and is a past board chairman of the American Cancer Society/Dallas. He and his partner of 20 years share a mid-century modern home in the rolling hills of East Kessler Park.

He is a certified Historic House Specialist, Accredited Buyers Rep, member of the Oaklawn Committee and Preservation Dallas, and manages the Oaklawn Heights Neighborhood Association. He is an avid gardener, enjoys home remodeling, and specializes in finding "Urban Homes for Dog Lovers". |

| Charlotte brings more than 30 years administrative experience and oversees all administrative aspects of the Hewitt & Habgood Realty Group including buyer & seller support services, listing services, and marketing support. A Dallas resident since 1982, Charlotte's interests include collecting Scottish Terrier antiques and memorabilia, traveling and photography. We really couldn't do it without her! |
